Credentials include HIPAA certification through Pryor, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, and master’s-level cybersecurity expertise on staff.

Crumbacher began in 1994 when Paul Crumbacher, a former Xerox sales representative, started the company in Santa Fe after deciding to build something independently for his family and community. The business originally focused on copier and multifunction printer sales and service, growing through hard work, strong customer relationships, and a real commitment to supporting local businesses.
Over time, clients increasingly turned to us for help with technology and network challenges far beyond printing equipment.
In 2008, brothers Chris and John Crumbacher partnered with longtime friend and IT professional Ivan Shkirev to expand our services and build a more comprehensive support model.
Today we combine Managed IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, copier systems, and security cameras into one streamlined experience, backed by a team that prioritizes relationships and long-term client success.
