IT Positions.

IT Specialist - Level I (Pay Level: $40k - $55k/yr)

Position Description

As a Tier I IT Specialist you will work with other senior team members to support the

Crumbacher IT team

and clients through fullling the following roles:

  • Provide tier I technical support for other Crumbacher IT Specialists and clients
  • Project oversight and technical support
  • Working side by side with other team members to complete IT tasks
  • Providing side by side, on-the-job training to fellow team members
  • Contribute to Crumbacher internal infrastructure development
  • Work to resolve unique (never seen before) or more difficult IT issues

Position Requirements

1) Minimum Knowledge of / hands-on experience:

  • Advanced MS Server administration (GPOs knowledge, DC replication, folder redirection)
  • SQL and Database
  • IT Industry security standards and best practices
  • Advanced Microsoft Exchange knowledge
  • Microsoft Azure Knowledge (virtualization)
  • Advanced HyperV and ESXi Knowledge
  • PowerShell
  • Advanced network troubleshooting & management

2) Minimum 1 year of professional IT work experience with at least 3 years of networking and server experience.

3) Must have a clean driving record

IT Specialist - Level II (Pay Level: $55k - $70k/yr) | OPEN

Position Description

As a Tier II IT Specialist you will work with other senior team members to support the
Crumbacher IT team and clients through fulfilling the following roles:

Admin Positions.

Assistant Administrator (Pay Level: $40k - $50k/yr) | OPEN
Position Description: This position works directly with the Executive Administrator and the Office Administrator to oversee to support our services which includes providing assistance to the team and our clients. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Receiving client requests via phone/email/etc
  • Service request entry & ticketing system navigation
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory management (including accepting deliveries and checking in product)
  • Client & vendor correspondence and communication support
  • Data entry and physical and digital filing
  • Team calendar management
  • Event planning assistance
  • Light housekeeping
Must meet the following criteria: 1) Associates degree or higher 2) Minimum 2 years experience in office administration 3) Must have stayed with majority of previously employers no less than 2 years 4) Google GSuite and/or Microsoft Office Suite experience Benefits:

4 Day Work Week

An amazing work life balance, team members work regular 8 hour days Mon-Thur and simply are on-call Fridays just in case urgent client items arise.

Performance Bonuses

All IT team members can earn an Extra Paid Day Off Every Month in addition to their standard PTO for achieving performance markers.

Crumbacher provides a 2% match to each team member’s contribution to their 401K retirement plan through the company.

Paid Certifications

Crumbacher pays for exams that team members pass for certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft/Azure, Cisco, or other equivalent certifications where approved.

Cell Phone

Provided by Crumbacher and can also be used for personal use to allow our team members to reduce another personal cost.

Company Vehicle

Crumbacher provides field service personnel a company vehicle for business use m-f and when on-call. Crumbacher also allows the use of assigned company vehicles for commuting to ease the burden of costs associated with commuting if you don’t live in the city you work in. (up to 60 miles)

Tools

Crumbacher provides all tools needed including a company assigned laptop.

Health Insurance

Crumbacher’s Private consultant will help you set up.
(Crumbacher does not currently pay for Health Insurance)
