I had no back up and important data to retrieve from the hard drive after trying the rice gimmick for 3-4 days. My connectivity issues were more difficult to solve than expected, but Rihanna was persistent, showing follow through and checking up with me to make sure she had done her job correctly. She set up my scanning in a heartbeat. Since then, my printer has been a hammer. When I need it, it’s there, and it works. No questions. Thanks Rihanna. I do, however, take issue with printers that struggle to stay connected to Macs. 25 years ago, yes. Now, with Apple’s prevalence in our lives there should be no excuse. Bad HP.
